Iwas born into a Hindu family in Nepal and we used to worship idols. Once I went to a Hindu temple and saw two dead bodies burning by the riverside. Fear gripped my heart.

When I returned to my home, I fell sick but no treatments could provide healing. The doctor referred me to an Indian hospital. The Indian doctor said I had a brain tumour but after one month of treatment in that hospital there was no sign of improvement.

To pay for my treatment, my father sold his land and other property. I also went to a witch doctor. He asked for goats and roosters; still there was no change in my health.

My health became worse and I was unable to drink and eat.

When I met Bishnu, a Bible League-trained Christian, he shared the Gospel with me using the Project Philip Bible study program. I learned that if I prayed to Jesus, he could heal my sickness.

The next day Bishnu came with his pastor and they prayed for me. After the prayer I was able to drink water and eat food. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I have forsaken all idol worship. God has given me victory over death and my life is totally changed. Thank God for all His grace.
