This verse gets right to the core of how powerful God’s Word is. His Word penetrates our spirit, our bodies, our emotions and the inner workings of our heart. God’s Word actively digs deep into the darkest depths and layers of who we are and assesses what's there.
The words of the Bible have the power and authority to bring about incredible change to people’s lives. This is what we see happening through Bible League’s ministry. When God’s Word comes into someone’s life they can't help but be changed when they respond to God's Word.
In this week’s Enews you will read about two of Bible League’s fundraising events, WALK4BIBLES and RUN4BIBLES. Through both of these events we are aiming to raise funds to place Bibles into the hands of Bible-less Christians. Millions of Christians lack access to Bibles because of persecution and poverty. When people receive God's Word their life is completely transformed.
