RUN4BIBLES
What?
RUN4BIBLES is a Bible League program designed especially for school students. It’s a fun, outdoor event where students take part in a fundraising event that coincides with the school’s cross country event. Students are sponsored by their friends and family members to raise funds to place Bibles with Bible-less people in Africa.

A BIG thank you to the students and staff of Thomas Hassall Anglican College for their help with our Run4Bibles DVD!
When?
RUN4BIBLES is held during the school’s cross-country event. Implementation involves several weeks of pre-promotional activities and can conclude with a final “thank-you” assembly presentation.
Why?
RUN4BIBLES is all about inspiring students to make a difference!
This event empowers students to touch lives outside of their current sphere of influence as they bring the hope of God's Word to transform people's lives for eternity. A practical activity that all students can get involved in, this event helps them put their faith into action. Whilst this program educates students about the impact of poverty and persecution, it also highlights the reality of the transformational impact of God's Word.
- Opportunity to participate in an event which will have an eternal impact.
- Opportunity to touch the lives of those outside the school community (service to others).
- The event can compliment the existing school calendar, through the annual cross country run.
- This is a great motivator for kids who may not usually participate in cross country.
- Profile of the school is lifted through publicity on Bible League’s website and a post event Media Release.
- Requires minimal input by school staff as Bible League provides all promotional materials, event guidelines and fundraising management.
- Coordinating staff will feel supported as a Bible League representative is assigned to liaise with them on all aspects of the event.
Who?
A BIG THANK YOU to all the schools who have said "YES" to RUN4BIBLES in 2010!
